 Andrew Bargerstock, M.B.A., C.P.A., Ph.D., is a recognized expert on leading-edge human resource management practices and HR service improvement methods. He trains and consults with many organizations in the areas of HR audits, employment process improvements, behavior-based interviewing, employee performance management, and creative staffing methods. Charles Bargerstock, J.D., Ed.D, has over ten years of senior-level consulting experience in strategic planning, executive coaching, change management and process improvement. His clients include many federal, state and city governments, as well as manufacturing, financial, educational and non-profit organizations. He has advised senior military and civilian executives, college presidents, and CEOs. He is an expert group facilitator and utilizes a wide range of methods and tools in conducting large and small-scale interventions. He specializes in designing and/or customizing intervention procedures and training programs to catalyze systemic change and achieve desired organizational outcomes: enhanced efficiency and effectiveness, improved leadership and communications, operational alignment with mission, goals and objectives, teambuilding, change management, system optimization and increased profitability.
 Francis Mosse, B.S.E.E., M.S. Computer Science, is the creator of Business Concept Process Modeling® and owner of Object Discovery Corporation, a key technology partner with Vanguard Resource Group. Mossé has been an active analyst of the IBM Excellence Groups starting in the early 1980's. He has more than 20 years of hands-on project management experience.
