Workshop summary

Effective management begins with effective hiring. Yet, few organizations train adequately their line managers in the most powerful of interviewing methodologies. Research shows that a specific style of interviewing, i.e., behavior-based interviewing (as compared to traditional interviewing) is three times more effective in predicting future job performance. In this workshop for line managers and employment teams, participants learn systematic procedures for developing behavior-based interview questioning plans. To add to relevancy, participants develop their own case example during the session.
