Business-Concept Process Modeling
"With BCPM we now laugh at the challenges of complexity and time. BCPM has opened up a new world." -- IT Department Director
"BCPM elevated my TQM and re-engineering skills to the next level… It helped us reduce operating costs significantly." -- VP Operations
"Our department has a staff of 1,500 including 250 administratives and management, our operations depend upon 30 inter-dependent processes. These processes needed to be remodeled to avoid considerable losses, and the supporting information system had to be redefined. I knew that we needed an Object-oriented technology to tackle this problem. Francis Mosse brought an innovative and powerful technology to this project: Business Concept Process Modeling. It has solved our entire analysis problem in just a few weeks. I highly recommend it."
-- Joseph Ramsey, IT Department Director, Detroit Water and Sewerage Department.
